Physical therapist having experience of 10 years, have completed my bachelors of physiotherapy from a renowned physiotherapy college in India in 2009. I have worked in India for 5 years as an inpatient as well as outpatient therapist. I have worked with American hospital Dubai for almost 4 years. Currently working with Osraty physio and rehab center. I have done Bobath technique Part A in 2008 and NDT in 2010,have done Mulligan technique (Modules 1,2 and 3) and I am certified Mckenzie therapist. I have my expertise in treating Musculoskeletal cases and very fond of treating spine cases. I find neurological conditions very interesting and challenging. I am very keen on treating lymphedema cases. As an individual I am very compassionate and passionate for my patients, making them pain free and independent is my priority, because I believe just surviving is not enough. I believe its always a challenge to work in an environment where you have patients with different culture and language but empathy and setting a realistic goal for an individual as well as proper education about their condition will help patients to trust their therapist and will give better results. I have immense experience in manual therapy and electrotherapy but I am more inclined towards manual therapy and custom made therapeutic exercise programme, which gives goal oriented results. I closely work with my team mates and doctors as its important to have their insight and viewpoint which is again for betterment of my patient. Also it opens many doors of learning. Besides a therapist I am a mother of 2 kids which also makes me more creative and innovative in structuring exercise programme especially for my peadiatric cases.
