Biography
Ms. Tasneem graduated from University of Jordan with a Master’s degree in Special Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling and Mental Health. She joined Mohammed Bin Rashid Center for Special Education-Operated by the New England Center for Children in 2008, and she worked there for 13 years. She completed her board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA) through Northeastern University in Boston, USA in 2012.
Ms. Tasneem worked as Chief Operations Officer at Sanad Village for Rehabilitation in Dubai. She supervised all the departments; Early Intervention, Elementary Program, Vocational Program, Workshops and Inclusion, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy.
Ms. Tasneem has more than 20 years’ experience working with special needs, their families & specialists. She has led and supervised hundreds of trainings in the areas of ABA, new hire training, teacher training, support staff, parent training, inclusion, and professional development. She presented at local and international conferences.
Ms. Tasneem is the founder of Support Works Consulting. SWC thrives to support Special needs at home & school. SWC provides consulting & training for the family & teachers at school, because we believe "Working together leads to a brighter future”.
