Biography 

 

Fathima is a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with expertise, training, and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She began her career in the field of ABA as a behavioral therapist at Sanad Village in Dubai, UAE, and has over a year of experience in the ABA field implementing behavior intervention plans and providing clients with various skill acquisitions training such as daily life skills training, social skills training, communication skills, and academic skills. She also worked in India as a Consultant Psychologist at the Trust Centre for Mindful Living, a Crisis Counselor for covid patients under the District Mental Health Programme, and an Educational Instructor for a project coordinated by the Kerala State Literacy Mission Authority.

In 2017, Fathima, who has a strong interest in research, released an article in the Indian Journal of Psychological Science titled "Psychological ill effects of social media troll among digital users." She is also the author of the research publications "Gratitude, Forgiveness, and Life Satisfaction among College Students" and "Resilience and self-esteem of Transgenders." She passed the University Grants Commission's 2022 National Eligibility Test for Assistant Professor.

Additionally, Fathima took two counseling-related courses from the Human Care Foundation and the Vishwapadmam Academy. She participated in behavior skills training provided by the Dubai Autism Center, UAE.
